StudyMate AI is an AI-powered educational application that helps students study, summarize educational content, generate quizzes and flashcards, analyze images, and interact with an AI study assistant.
Images: When you choose to take or upload an image for features such as solving questions, summarizing, explaining, translating, or generating study material.
Text: Text that you enter into the AI chat or educational features.
Local application data: Study history and generated results may be stored locally on your device to provide the History feature.
We use information provided through the application to provide AI-powered study features, analyze submitted images, generate educational content, and provide the History feature.
StudyMate AI uses third-party AI services to process educational requests submitted by users. Images and text may be transmitted through our backend service to the AI provider to provide the requested feature.
Study history may be stored locally on the user's device. The current version does not provide user accounts or cloud synchronization for study history.
The application may request camera or photo access when the user chooses to take or select an image. This access is used to provide the requested educational functionality.
Communication with our backend and external services uses HTTPS. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Because the current version does not provide user accounts or cloud accounts, locally stored History data can be removed by clearing the application's local data or uninstalling the application.
StudyMate AI is intended as a general educational application. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for purposes unrelated to providing the application's educational functionality.
